Accessibility
We’re committed to making our competitions accessible, fair, and usable for everyone.
Our Accessibility Commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, enter our competitions, and access key information such as Responsible Entry, Postal Entry Instructions, and our Terms & Conditions.
We aim to follow widely recognised accessibility best practices and to continually improve the experience based on feedback from our players.
Using This Website
On this site, you should be able to:
- Navigate the main pages using a keyboard.
- Use standard browser zoom settings without content breaking.
- Read text with sufficient colour contrast against the background.
- Use clear headings and labels to understand each page.
- Access key information pages without needing to complete a purchase.
We work within the constraints of our platform to keep layouts simple, clear, and predictable.
Screen Readers & Assistive Technology
Our goal is for all important content (including competition details, prices, entry methods and winner information) to be readable by screen readers and other assistive tools.
- We avoid using images as the only way of conveying important information.
- Where images are essential, we aim to provide meaningful alternative text.
- Buttons and links are labelled clearly to describe their action (e.g. “Enter Now”).
Keyboard Navigation
You should be able to move through the site using only your keyboard, including:
- Tabbing through links, buttons, and form fields in a logical order.
- Using the Enter or Space key to activate buttons and links.
Accessible Entry Methods
In addition to online entry, we provide a free postal entry route for all competitions. This ensures that customers who prefer not to, or cannot, enter online still have a valid way to participate.
Full details are available on our Postal Entry Instructions and Responsible Entry pages.
Where We’re Still Improving
Some elements are provided by third-party services (such as payment providers and the underlying shop platform). While we do not control every aspect of their code, we aim to choose partners who take accessibility seriously.
If you encounter any part of the site that is difficult to use, please let us know so we can review and improve it.
